Discussions are held to understand the customer's business, the functions and requirements of their various departments and the extent of interaction and movement required between them. A record is made of the staff strength and the designation of various staff members. This establishes the space allocation and type of furniture to be provided for each level of officers. Based on customers' brief and all data gathered to prepare a space plan and layout drawing with 3D visuals where necessary. On award of the job, Synthesis commences the work according to agreed designs and a sequence most appropriate and suitable to complete the work by the committed dates.
